To begin the process, please complete the Transcript
Request form and send it to Ryan Hollister
by fax, email, or mail. All contact information is included on the form.
Official Transcripts contain the Registrar’s signature and appropriate seal, and are delivered
in a stamped envelope. Official transcripts are sent by mail only.
Unofficial Transcripts are generally sent by mail, but in urgent cases, they can be sent by fax.
Please contact Ryan Hollister at 503.517.1833 or firstname.lastname@example.org for
further information about this kind of request. A completed Transcript Request form
is still required.
You can check one of two options on the form:
Regular processing: transcript will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Rush processing: transcript will be processed within three business days with an additional fee
of $15.00 per U.S. address.
In-person pick up: If you would like to pick up your transcript in person, please contact Ryan Hollister at 503.517.1833 or email@example.com to
arrange a time to pick it up. Her office is located in Armstrong Hall on the Portland campus.
Important Notes on Processing:
- Western Seminary takes responsibility for processing transcripts within the requested amount
of time, but cannot guarantee delivery by the postal service or receipt of the
- Holds on your student account or payment owed to Western Seminary may delay the processing of
your transcript. For the most effective results, please respond to these requirements
before making a transcript request.
Official and unofficial transcripts are $4.00 each. If you request your transcript to be Rush
processed, it will be an additional $15.00 per U.S. address.
You may pay by credit card, check, or cash (if you pick up your transcript in person).
